If the venue has a stable internet connection, we recommend using cloud delivery with the browser version. It is easy for participants to access from their smartphones, and because cloud delivery uses HTTPS communication, it is easier for participant phones to scan card number QR codes. If the venue does not have an internet connection, please consider local delivery with the Windows version.
Yes. Even for small events, cloud delivery is useful because QR codes can be scanned with the camera. If you plan to use smartphone linking, please consider cloud delivery because participants can more easily scan the card number QR code.
If you use local delivery with the Windows version, you can operate without an internet connection. Please consider using it on the same local network inside the venue.
For a first live event, the combination of the browser version, cloud delivery, and BINGO LINK official bingo cards is the most reassuring choice. We also recommend checking the participant app and staff app in advance.
Please test that the participant app QR code opens the participant app, and that draw results can be viewed on a smartphone. If you use paper cards, it is also reassuring to test scanning the card number QR code.

Please check the API key purchase guide for details about API keys.
The API key is shown on the screen after purchase. It is also sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase. To receive an Amazon eligible-product benefit code, please use the benefit code request page.
The API key can be used with both the browser version and the Windows version. However, if the same API key is used on multiple devices or apps at the same time, draw result synchronization may become inconsistent. For a live event, please use one draw screen per API key.
The API key is valid for one year after purchase. If you have a planned usage date, please use it within the validity period.
Enter the expired API key in the cloud delivery API key field in the BINGO LINK app, then select "Show QR code without starting use." An input field for an extension API key will appear. By entering and registering an unused API key in that extension API key field, you can resume use while keeping the same participant app URL and QR code from the expired API key.
Concurrent connections means the total number of draw apps, participant apps, staff apps, host apps, and multi-screen apps being used at the same time.
