Additional chargesOfficial bingo card orders require shipping fees. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees, if any, are the buyer's responsibility for international shipments

Delivery and returns

Cloud passes

After payment is completed, an API key is issued on the purchase result screen. If email delivery is enabled, the same information is also sent to the purchase email address.

Official bingo cards

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment confirmation and dispatched as soon as ready. Shipment notices and tracking information are sent separately.

Cancellations and returns

Because cloud passes are digital goods, cancellations or refunds after issuance are generally not accepted for customer convenience. Returns or cancellations of official bingo cards for customer convenience are also generally not accepted. If there is damage, defect, or shipping error, please contact support@bingolink.ritoa.jp promptly after delivery.
